Working with organisations including
One private GP service. Three ways to reach it.
Familiar doctors, appointments when they are needed and proper continuity of care, whether an employee is at their desk, at home or on the road. Everything sits on one clinical record.

A GP wherever you are
Prompt clinical triage and video consultations with GPs who get to know your people, available wherever they are working. No ringing the surgery at eight in the morning. How remote GP access works.

A GP you can see in person
Face-to-face appointments at Mayfield clinics when an examination is needed, with prescribing, bloods, referrals and results handled by the same team. See the 19 locations.

A GP at work
Your workplace GP, visiting on a regular rota. Employees book without leaving the building. How onsite GP works.
Corporate private GP services, done properly.
A private GP benefit for employees, delivered by Mayfield Clinic and contracted for organisations.
An employee who is unwell, or has a concern that will not go away, should not have to spend a morning on the phone to a surgery and an afternoon in a waiting room. With Jex, their employer has arranged a private GP service: they speak to a doctor promptly, often one they already know, and see them at work, by video or at a nearby clinic, with follow-up that does not start from scratch each time.
It suits employers who put a high value on their people's time: professional firms, engineering and technology companies, life sciences, universities and campuses of a few hundred to a few thousand people. The organisation holds one annual contract. A workplace GP is added to the same contract when you want the benefit visible on site.
What you can expect: prompt GP advice, less of the working day lost to arranging healthcare, a benefit people notice and use, and aggregate reporting that shows you so. What you will never receive: information about an individual's care.
Healthcare should feel personal, even at scale.
Your people get advice from experienced clinicians, choose the right setting and return to a familiar GP wherever possible.

Speed
- Clinician-led triage that moves people to the right next step quickly.
Continuity
- A named clinical lead for your organisation, and the same GP for follow-up where available.
Real examination
- Face-to-face appointments when a screen is not enough, in clinic or at work.
Coordination
- One pathway through assessment, prescribing, diagnostics, referral and follow-up.
How it works
Simple for your people. Clear for HR and finance.
Your organisation enrols
We agree the package, eligible employees and locations. Enterprise login can be scoped during implementation.
Employees request care securely
Structured intake, then clinician review. Clinical identity stays separate from payroll identity.
The right setting for the problem
Video, a Mayfield clinic or an onsite session, chosen on clinical need.
Coordinated follow-up
Jex manages next steps. You receive aggregate usage and service reporting, never individual records.

What our GPs can help with.
The same scope as a good NHS practice, with more time. These are the areas employees most often come to us about.
Mental health
Low mood, anxiety, stress and sleep. Assessment, treatment and referral to Mayfield's psychologists and psychiatrist.
Muscles, joints and back
Back and neck pain, sports injuries and desk-related strain, with imaging and physiotherapy referral when needed.
Tiredness and fatigue
Finding the cause, from thyroid and iron to sleep and burnout. Blood tests the same week.
Infections and everyday illness
Coughs, chest and ear infections, UTIs and skin infections. Prescriptions sent to a pharmacy near the patient.
Skin
Rashes, eczema, acne and moles. Examined in clinic, with dermatology referral where it matters.
Women's health
Periods, contraception, fertility questions and gynaecology referral.
Menopause
Symptoms, HRT and ongoing review with a GP who knows the patient.
Men's health
Prostate and testicular concerns, testosterone, sexual health and the check-ups men put off.
Plus most of what a GP sees: blood pressure and heart health, digestive problems, allergies, headaches, children's illnesses and travel health. Private prescriptions, blood tests, referrals and fit notes are all part of the service.
Two ways to buy. One contract.
An annual agreement with a minimum commitment and a single monthly invoice for anything above the allowance.
Access
Lower commitment, premium access
A pooled triage allowance, video and face-to-face GP at an agreed per-use tariff, and a named clinical lead with defined availability.
Inclusive
Higher predictability, with prepaid care
A larger allowance and pooled clinical credits that cover video and face-to-face GP, with any excess itemised monthly. Enhanced continuity options.
